Atomicals Land Store

The land store features two main modules:

  1. [Land Leasing]: Landowners can lease their parcels to developers who deploy various applications to generate income. Each land parcel contains a certain amount of mineral resources, determined by block height and a series of data points, which dictate the leasing price. Only lands with mineral resources can deploy AI applications. Once depleted, the land can only host non-AI applications.

  2. [Application Store]: Developers can publish a variety of applications developed in JavaScript to the application store. Landowners or lessees can then deploy these applications on their lands to commence operations and earn revenue. Developers receive a percentage of the profits as a royalty.
